Founder Ron Kailbourne brings over 15 years of business and finance experience to 1st Choice Funding. He began in home mortgage lending where he worked as a manager and mortgage lender for Complete Mortgage Group. He then launched RGK funding to help small businesses get funding when traditional loans were not an option.
Ron has worked as an independent business consultant, working with businesses to expand their capacity and grow.
