1. Interest rates start at 7.24% based on credit
2. 3, 6, 9 and 12 months same as cash/deferred interest provided on all loans

13. Any type of medical procedure is covered.
14. Provider enrollment fee is only $499.99 and monthly account fee of $199.99 for 50 patient applications or less per month. For 50 or more patient applications per month the fee is only $399.99 per month.
15. Providers can elect to benefit from all 1st Choice Funding's portfolio of A/R solutions when enrolled.
16. Providers seeking Patient Financing must execute Exclusive Representation Agreement after 60 days which allows time to test our system.

a. Providers are now able to reduce and control insurance billing and collection expense with "No Risk - No Delay" Patient Financing. For a nominal per patient application fee of $40.00 (which can be paid direct or passed on to the patient) patient financing delivers cash flow in days when patients are approved for financing.
b. Providers whose patients are financed obtain "cash infusions" which significantly strengthen cash flow, revenue growth and profitability.
c. Patients who obtain financing are provided a unique tool to build credit as payment history is reported to all 3 credit bureau's.
d. Additionally for primary care services, when patients are approved for financing and such is paid. The patient simply files the paid receipt with the insurance provider who expedites (vs provider billing) reimbursement to patients, where upon receipt, the patient can choose to apply the insurance reimbursement to the financing, which accrues no interest for 6-12 months (in most instances), or elects to spend the money in any manner they choose!
This program delivers a "patient friendly" financing that delivers a PR asset because your facility is no longer in the collections business. Thus with such aspects, the "No Risk" Patient Financing Program truly is an amazing and unheard opportuninty as providers are able to reduce billing and collections costs, eliminate bad debt risks of internal collections, increase cash flow, improve sales 20,40,60% or more! 20. Credit line applicants are approved with FICO scores as low as 600 and credit cards with FICO scores of 650. For patients with FICO scores under 600, these patients are still credit worthy with a co-applicant whose FICO score is at least 630 for a credit line, and 650 for a credit card. It's just that easy!
21. Through our program providers obtain payments in days. A nominal discount of 10% and no more than 20% are offered for providers whose services are primary care and the patient receives a credit line.
